Basic Self Defence Course (1 Day)
This training is not meant to turn you into a super hero or a 3rd dan martial artist, but is a practical course for people to learn basic breakaway techniques to enable an escape to safety. The techniques include breakaway from a strangle hold, bear hug and other restrictive holds, blocks to a punch, defence to a kick and defences against firearm and edged weapon attacks.
This course can be delivered in one day or over 3 nights at two hours a night. You will be taught the Law regarding self-defence and what it deemed to be reasonable force.
