Canine First Aid Course (1 Day)
Canine First Aid is an endorsed qualification at Level 2. This one-day course will give you the basics to help you and your dog before you can get to the vet.
Who Should Attend?
The aim of this course is to give you that extra little bit of knowledge to help your dog or somebody else’s dog in a First Aid situation. This course is not to replace going to the vet, but it will give you the skills and confidence to stay calm and do what you can before seeking professional help.
Why learn first aid for dogs?
From eating stones and sticks, choking through chewing up their own toys or blankets, dog fights, picking up thorns and ticks. Our loving companions nearest help in times of trouble is very often us. Every day we all take certain risks in our dog’s life and there are the issues that we can’t do anything about, how about your dog having a heart attack or a seizure!
